I performed my first ever gig at MIF festival 2021 as part of a showcase curated by NRTHRN (skip to 32 mins in for my set).
In 2021 I was commissioned by Brighter Sound to create a collaborative track remotely in 48hrs, with four other musicians/producers around the world using BandLab. I wrote the melody + lyrics for our track, ‘Twilight’, which featured samples of audio recorded at dusk in each of our locations.
I was also selected to take part in Both Sides Now ‘Electric Storm’ residency with Brighter Sound in 2020, culminating in a collaborative performance live at Leeds College of Music ‘Sounds Like THIS Festival’. You can listen to the song I co-wrote during the residency, ‘Delia’ (from 13 mins in).
